By accessing this website and/or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

• Service Description (Overview): Through our website we provide information about, and in some cases enable the booking or purchase of, the following:

• • Holistic Therapies: complementary therapy sessions (typically following a consultation to determine suitability and contraindications).

  • Footcare Clinic: routine footcare treatments (including fungal nail care, toenail cutting, ingrowing toenail care, and hard skin removal).

  • Counselling Sessions: talking therapy sessions using a range of modalities.

  • Tarot Readings: in person or online readings for entertainment purposes.

  • Training School: in-class, online, or hybrid training courses (some requiring practical attendance at our centre).

  • Online Shop: a range of retail products (including herbs, aromatherapy products, incense, candles, crystals, and Wiccan products).

  • Room Hire: flexible room hire options (hourly, daily, or monthly), subject to availability and our hire terms.

3. Holistic Health Services, Bookings (Zanda Health) & Medical Disclaimer

• Not Medical Advice (Medical Disclaimer): All therapies and services provided by Omega Therapies (including Holistic Massage, Acupuncture, Reflexology, Herbalism, etc.) are complementary and alternative medicines. They are intended to support wellbeing and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment by a qualified doctor or healthcare professional. Always seek the advice of your GP or other qualified healthcare professional with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

• Consultations: All new clients for holistic therapies are required to undergo a consultation to determine the best treatment plan and identify any contraindications.

• Client Responsibility: It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate medical history and to consult with their GP before starting any new holistic treatment if they have underlying health conditions or are pregnant.

• Bookings via Zanda Health Portal: Where available, appointments may be requested and managed through our Zanda Health booking portal. By using the booking portal you agree that:

• • appointment availability is shown in real time and is subject to change;

  • you are responsible for ensuring the details you submit are accurate (including contact details and any relevant health information requested);

  • you should check any automated confirmation messages and notify us promptly of any errors;

  • we may contact you using the details provided in relation to your booking (for example, to confirm, rearrange, or ask for additional information).

• Cancellations / Rescheduling (Zanda Health): Cancellation and rescheduling options may be provided within the Zanda Health portal. Where time limits or fees apply, these will be shown at the point of booking and/or in booking communications. If you are unable to use the portal, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

• Late Arrival / No-Show: If you arrive late, your appointment may need to be shortened to avoid delaying other clients and you may still be charged the full appointment fee where applicable. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in us requiring prepayment for future bookings or declining further bookings.

4. Footcare Clinic

• Our Footcare Clinic offers treatments such as fungal nail care, toenail cutting, and hard skin removal.

• A drop-in clinic is available; however, appointments are recommended to guarantee a slot.

• OAP Discounts: We are proud to offer discounts for senior citizens (OAPs) on our footcare services. Proof of age may be requested.

5. Counselling Services

• We provide various counselling modalities to support mental health, including support for stress, anxiety, grief, and family issues.

• Counselling sessions are confidential, subject to legal and ethical exceptions which will be explained by your counsellor during the initial session.

6. Tarot Readings (Entertainment Disclaimer)

• In accordance with UK law, Tarot readings are provided for entertainment purposes only.

• No Professional Advice: Tarot readings do not constitute, and must not be relied upon as, professional advice of any kind (including medical, legal, financial, psychological, or business advice). You are responsible for your own decisions and actions.

• Readings (online or in-person) typically last 20–30 minutes. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or the accuracy of readings regarding future events.

7. Training School

• Course Delivery: Courses are offered in-class, online, or as a hybrid of both. Online courses involving practical elements will require attendance at our centre for assessment.

• Interest-Free Payment Plans: Where offered, payment plans are interest-free and are an arrangement to spread the course fee. Payment plan availability, deposit (if any), instalment amounts, and payment dates will be agreed with you and/or shown at the point of enrolment.

• Full Payment Before Completion / Certification: All course fees (including any outstanding instalments, resit fees, and/or additional charges agreed with you) must be paid in full before:

• • you can complete the course and/or be marked as completed; and

  • we issue any certificate, diploma, or proof of completion.

• Missed Payments: If a payment is missed, we may pause access to course materials, assessments, or practical sessions until the account is brought up to date, and/or agree a revised payment schedule at our discretion.

• Qualifications: Our courses are designed to provide the skills necessary for a career in holistic therapy or counselling. Accreditation details (such as CMA or ACCPH) are specific to each course syllabus.

8. Online Shop & Product Sales

• Products: We sell a wide range of herbs, healing products, aromatherapy oils, crystals, incense, and Wiccan supplies.

• Delivery Terms: Delivery options, costs, and estimated timescales will be shown at checkout or otherwise confirmed to you. We will take reasonable care to deliver your order within a reasonable time. Risk in goods passes to you on delivery.

• Redditch Delivery: We offer free delivery for orders over £10 within the Redditch area (as defined by us). Orders of £10 or less, or orders outside Redditch, may incur a delivery charge which will be displayed before you place your order.

• Safety & Use (Product Liability / Misuse): Herbs and essential oils should be used with caution. Instructions provided with the products must be followed. Unless required by law, we are not liable for losses arising from misuse, failure to follow instructions, allergies, sensitivities, or use of products in a way that is not recommended. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited.

• Returns: In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, provided items are unused and in their original packaging. Perishable items (such as certain herbs) or sealed items that have been opened may be exempt from return.

• Refunds: Where a refund is due, it will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time and in accordance with your statutory rights.

9. Room Hire

• General Terms: Rooms are available for hire on an hourly, daily, or monthly basis, subject to availability and our acceptance of your booking.

• Use of Rooms: Rooms must be used in a lawful, safe, and professional manner. You must not cause nuisance, excessive noise, or disruption to other tenants, clients, students, or visitors.

• Responsibility: You are responsible for your conduct and the conduct of your clients/attendees while on our premises, and for leaving the room in a clean and tidy condition.

• Insurance & Compliance: Hirers must ensure they have their own professional indemnity insurance where applicable and any other insurance, licences, qualifications, or consents required for their activities.

• Cancellations: Cancellation fees apply for room hire bookings; details will be provided at the time of booking.

10. Limitation of Liability

Omega Therapies Holistic Health Cenbtre and Training School LTD shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of the use of our website, products, or services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
Subject to the above, our total liability to you in respect of all losses arising under or in connection with these terms shall not exceed the price of the service or product purchased.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected via our website or during consultations is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
