Our Herbal Department Has Had a Revamp: Herbal Teas & Magical Products to Discover in Redditch

There is something new to discover at Omega Therapies in Redditch. Our herbal department has had a complete revamp and is now arranged in labelled wooden cubbies, making it easier than ever to browse our collection of herbal teas, loose herbs and magical blends.

Whether you are looking for a new tea to enjoy at home, exploring herbs for personal interest, or simply love the atmosphere of a traditional apothecary-style display, we would love you to pop in and take a look.

The new cubbies feature a wide selection of individually bagged herbs and herbal teas. Each one is clearly labelled with its traditional uses and price, so you can browse at your own pace and choose something that catches your eye.

Our current selection includes:

• Chamomile — £2.20

• Ginkgo biloba, burdock root, and catnip

• Green tea, goats rue, and mullen

• Mugwort, valerian, spearmint, and thyme

• Turmeric, ginger root, and echinacea

• Horsetail, peppermint, lavender, and rose

• Hibiscus, nettle, vervain, and cleavers

• Hawthorn, eucalyptus, liquorice, and rosemary

• Sage, marigold, dandelion root, and hops strobile

• Avena oat straw, ginseng, and milk thistle

• Nutmeg, wormwood, St John’s wort, and passion flower

Only chamomile currently has a stated price of £2.20; please ask in the centre for the latest prices of the other products.

Blended teas and special brews

Alongside the individual herbs, you can discover our signature blended teas: Mindful Meditation and On Angel’s Wings.

There are also some special brews to explore, including:

• Cleansing blend

• Uplifting blend

• Relaxing blend

• Sleepy blend

These are traditional herbal blends created for enjoyment, relaxation and personal interest. They are not medical treatments, and herbal products should not be used as a substitute for advice from a doctor, pharmacist or other qualified healthcare professional. Always check the ingredients carefully and seek professional advice if you are unsure whether a particular herb is suitable for you.

Seasonal sabbat blends

For those who enjoy witchcraft, Wiccan traditions and the turning of the seasons, our seasonal blends are a lovely addition to the revamped department.

You can find special blends celebrating Imbolc, Litha, Mabon and Samhain. Each label includes the dates of the relevant sabbat, making it easy to learn more about these seasonal points throughout the year.

We also have magical herb blends with fun labels and a hidden crystal inside each one. The crystal has been matched to the herb, with blends featuring lavender, mugwort, rose, nettle, sage and hops.

Please take care when drinking these blends, as there is a crystal inside each one. Remove it before preparing or consuming the tea, and keep it safely aside for your collection or magical practice.

Our blended fruit teas are expected to arrive in the next day or two, along with teapots and tea strainers. They will make it even easier to create a cosy tea ritual at home, whether you are enjoying a quiet moment alone or sharing a pot with friends.

While you are visiting, remember to browse our half-price table, which features selected products at reduced prices while stocks last. You can also enjoy the friendly atmosphere of our coffee bar and take a peaceful pause in the Goddess Room.
