From Monday 21st September, spaces will be available at Omega Therapies in Redditch for Foot Care, Holistic Therapies and Tarot Readings. Whether you are looking for practical footcare, a peaceful complementary wellbeing session, or a little time to explore the cards, our friendly centre offers a warm and welcoming space for the local community.
Our shop will also be open Monday to Saturday, 9am–5pm, with plenty to browse, a coffee bar to enjoy and a range of magical, herbal and wellbeing products to discover.
Foot Care at our Redditch clinic
Our Foot Care Clinic provides practical support with everyday footcare needs. Services include:
Toenail cutting
Hard skin removal
Ingrowing toenail care
Fungal nail care
The clinic also offers a drop-in service, although booking ahead is recommended if you would like to secure a particular time. OAP discounts apply, making routine footcare more accessible for older members of our community.
Our footcare appointments take place in a friendly, professional setting, with time to discuss your needs before the treatment begins. If you have a concern that requires medical attention, please speak with your GP or another appropriate healthcare professional. Our footcare service is a practical complementary service and is not a substitute for medical advice or treatment.
Holistic therapies for relaxation and wellbeing
At Omega Therapies, every treatment begins with a consultation. This gives you the opportunity to talk through what you are looking for, ask questions and help us put together the best treatment plan for your session.
Our therapies are offered as complementary wellbeing support. They may help you create time to pause, relax and reconnect with yourself, but they are not medical treatments and should not replace advice from your GP or another healthcare professional.
Massage
Massage involves hands-on work on the muscles and soft tissue, using pressure and soothing strokes to help you unwind and ease everyday tension. You can choose from a range of massage styles, depending on your preferences and the type of experience you would like.
Your practitioner will talk through the session with you beforehand, including comfort, pressure and any areas you would prefer to focus on or avoid.
Reflexology
Reflexology involves pressure being applied to points on the feet. Many people find it deeply relaxing and enjoy the opportunity to switch off from the busyness of everyday life.
The pressure can be adjusted during the session to suit your comfort, creating a calm and restful experience from beginning to end.
Reiki
Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy therapy. During a session, the practitioner’s hands rest lightly on or above the body. Clients often describe sensations of warmth, calm and deep relaxation.
Reiki is a peaceful experience that allows you to spend some quiet time focusing on stillness and personal wellbeing.
Crystal Healing
Crystal Healing involves placing crystals on or around the body during a quiet, restful session. Many people enjoy the gentle atmosphere of crystal work as a way to relax, feel grounded and create a sense of balance.
The session takes place in a calm environment, with time to settle in and enjoy a peaceful pause.

Tarot Readings in person or online
Our 20–30 minute tarot readings are available either in person at the centre or online. Each reading is £40 and covers the past, present and future.
Tarot can offer an entertaining opportunity to reflect, explore themes and enjoy a little mystical time for yourself. Readings are for entertainment purposes only, and are not intended to provide medical, legal, financial or professional advice.

Explore our herbal department, shop and coffee bar
Our recently revamped herbal department is a lovely place to browse. You will find labelled wooden cubbies filled with herbal teas and herbs, making it easier to explore the selection. Chamomile is £2.20, with a wide range of other herbs available too. Please ask in the centre for current prices.
We also have signature blended teas, including Mindful Meditation and On Angel’s Wings, alongside special brews for cleansing, uplifting, relaxing and sleepy moments.

There are also magical herb blends with a hidden matching crystal inside. Please take care when opening these blends, as there is a crystal inside.
Alongside our herbs and teas, you can browse crystals, incense, candles, aromatherapy oils and Wiccan products. Our online shop offers a selection of products to browse from home, with free delivery in Redditch on online orders over £10. You can also collect your order from the centre.
Keep an eye out for our half-price table, featuring selected products at half price. And if you would like to sit down and enjoy a warm drink during your visit, our coffee bar is open as part of the welcoming community atmosphere at Omega Therapies.
Training School: learn in the way that suits you
Our Training School offers courses in holistic therapies for anyone considering a new career as a therapist or counsellor, or for those who would simply like to develop their knowledge and skills.
Courses are available in class or online, giving learners greater flexibility. Where a course includes practical elements, these can be completed at our Redditch centre with appropriate guidance and hands-on experience.

Omega Therapies also offers flexible room hire for therapists, practitioners and course leaders. Rooms may be available to hire hourly, daily or monthly, making the centre suitable for regular appointments, occasional sessions, workshops and teaching.
