Hello from everyone at Omega Therapies in Redditch! We have two lovely updates to share this week: spaces are available from Monday 21st September across selected services, and our herbal department has had a magical revamp to make browsing easier.

Whether you are visiting for complementary wellbeing support, exploring a new course, or simply looking for something special from our shop, we look forward to welcoming you.

Spaces available from Monday 21st September

Our Foot Care Clinic offers support with routine foot maintenance, including toenail cutting, hard skin removal, ingrowing toenail care and fungal nail care. A drop-in clinic is available, and OAP discounts apply.

We have free parking and disabled access, making it easier to visit us in comfort. Please call 01527 585023 to ask about current availability or to arrange a booking.

Complementary holistic therapies

Our Holistic Therapies are designed to offer a calm space for relaxation and personal wellbeing. Every session begins with a consultation, helping you and the practitioner discuss your preferences and decide on an appropriate approach.

Our available therapies include:

• Massage: Hands-on work using pressure and soothing strokes across muscles and soft tissue, helping you unwind and ease everyday tension.

• Reflexology: Gentle pressure applied to points on the feet in a deeply relaxing treatment.

• Reiki: A gentle, non-invasive energy therapy where the practitioner’s hands rest lightly on or above the body. Clients often describe feelings of warmth and calm.

• Crystal Healing: Crystals are placed on or around the body during a quiet, restful session.

These services are complementary wellbeing options and are not a substitute for advice, diagnosis or treatment from your GP or another qualified healthcare professional.

Tarot readings in person or online

Our Tarot Readings last approximately 20–30 minutes and are available in person at the centre or online. Readings cover the past, present and future and cost £40 each.

Tarot readings are provided for entertainment purposes only.

Training and room hire

Our Training School offers courses for anyone considering a new career as a holistic therapist or counsellor. Courses are available in class or online, with practical aspects completed at the centre where required.

We also offer flexible room hire for practitioners, readers, counsellors and other suitable professionals. Options include hourly, daily or monthly hire, creating a welcoming base for your work in Redditch.

Our herbal department has been revamped

Our herbal department has been completely rearranged into labelled wooden cubbies, making it much easier to browse our selection of individually bagged herbs and herbal teas. Each bag is labelled with its traditional uses and price.

Chamomile is available for £2.20. Other herbs currently in the range include ginkgo biloba, burdock root, catnip, green tea, goats rue, mullen, mugwort, valerian, spearmint, thyme, turmeric, ginger root, echinacea, horsetail, peppermint, lavender, rose, hibiscus, nettle, vervain, cleavers, hawthorn, eucalyptus, liquorice, rosemary, sage, marigold, dandelion root, hops strobile, avena oat straw, ginseng, milk thistle, nutmeg, wormwood, St John’s wort and passion flower.

Prices may vary, so please ask in the centre for current prices of the other herbs.

Blended teas and magical mixes

You can also discover our signature blended teas, Mindful Meditation and On Angel’s Wings, alongside special brews including cleansing, uplifting, relaxing and sleepy blends.

For those who enjoy seasonal and magical traditions, our Wiccan sabbat blends celebrate Imbolc, Litha, Mabon and Samhain. Each label includes the dates of the relevant sabbat.

Our magical herb blends come with fun labels and a hidden crystal inside, matched to the herb blend. Current varieties include lavender, mugwort, rose, nettle, sage and hops. Please take care when drinking these blends, as each one contains a crystal inside.

Blended fruit teas will be arriving shortly, along with teapots and tea strainers.

Alongside herbs and teas, our online shop includes crystals, incense, candles, aromatherapy oils and Wiccan products. We also have a half-price table with selected products available at half price while stocks last.

Our coffee bar is available when you visit, and free delivery is offered in Redditch on online orders over £10.
