We’re celebrating our new and improved herbal section with a hands-on Healing With Herbs Workshop at Omega Therapies in Redditch. Come along, discover traditional herbal preparations and enjoy an afternoon of learning and practical activities with our local community.

What you’ll explore

Discover how herbs have traditionally been used by many people through:

• Tinctures

• Baths

• Syrups

There’ll be lots of practical sessions, with time to explore different preparations and learn in a friendly, welcoming setting.
